300 grams of goat minced, 200 grams of goat livers, 300 grams of onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste, 1-2 bay leaves, 1 piece of cinnamon, 2 black cardamoms, 100 ml of mustard oil, half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 tablespoon of coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon of cumin powder, red chili powder as per taste, salt as per taste, 1/2 teaspoon of mint powder, 1 tablespoon of optional Kashmiri chili powder, coriander leaves to garnish.
