Today I’m sharing with you 5 tips on how to eat more veggies! It’s all about adding nutritious healthy whole food in your diet. You’ll naturally start to ‘crowd out’ the not-so-healthy stuff. I’m also sharing 3 of my favorite fast and easy plant-based recipes. I promise you eating veggies is easier and yummier than you think!

[Sesame Thai Sauce]
14oz Unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup Thai red curry paste
3/4 cup Chinese sesame paste (if you can’t find it, you can use natural creamy peanut butter or tahini)
1/2 teaspoon Sea salt
1/2 cup Coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Filtered water

[Tahini Dressing]
1/2 cup Tahini
1/4 cup Lemon juice
2 teaspoon Maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder (optional)
1/4 cup Filtered water
