How to Make: Bread Pudding

1-1/2 loaf of french bread or use stale bread
2 eggs mixed well
2 cups sugar
2 cups heavy cream
2 to 3 cups of milk (depending on how much bread used)
1 can crushed pineapples or (chopped apples, nuts, raisins, etc.)
1 stick melted butter salted or unsalted
1 tble cinnamon plus 2 tsp nuttmeg
1 tble vanilla extract plus 1tsp lemon extract
Place mixture in a buttered dish bake at 375 for 40 minutes or more.
Sauce;
1/2 cup of butter + 1/2 cup of heavy cream + 1/2 brown sugar
Stir over medium heat all ingredients until it starts to boil. Then reduce the heat to simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until sauce thickens. Pour over bread pudding. Serve
