Happy new year! I was going to release my “Lean Sculpted Body” workout as a DVD, but then decided to give it to you for free to kick off 2017! So here’s a full 30 minute POP Pilates workout that will tone your arms, butt, abs, thighs, legs, back, and entire body! You don’t need any equipment and can do this workout ANYWHERE! Have fun!
