Stretches for Neck, Shoulder & Upper Back Pain Relief | 10 min. Yoga to release Tension and Relax



Welcome to this beautiful Yoga inspired routine for neck, shoulder and upper back pain relief. These stretches are designed to help you reduce tension, and gain more relaxation and body awareness. Gift yourself with 10 minutes, just for yourself!

The exercises are suitable for beginners and you can basically do them everywhere. Either sitting on a mat (optional on a blanket), on a chair, at the edge of your bed or even outside while waiting for public transportation.

This routine is also the perfect little office break in order to release tension caused by sitting all day long at the desk.

Furthermore I would like to welcome all of the new non-German-speaking followers here on my channel. Most of you came through my 15 Min. Full Body Stretch and I am more than happy to share my practise with you with the help of these kind of videos (music only, no talking).

In addition to my German voice-over-videos, I will be producing more music-only stretching and fitness content in the future, so everybody can join! If you have any video requests, please let me know in the comments.

I put this workout together, thinking it wasn’t so bad. But when we filmed it, it was pretty bad. THAT BEING SAID, I think you should join in on the fat burning party I had and kick your cute booty in gear! It’s 7 cardio moves – 45 sec on and 15 sec off. Follow this video or use the Blogilates HIIT timer (get the Blogilates App) to do the workout. If you’re following the calendar, do the video once. If this is your only workout today, repeat this video 4x through. Your workout will be under 30 minutes! Have fun and GOOD LUCK!

10 MIN LOWER AB WORKOUT / No Equipment I Pamela Reif

One of the most requested videos ever!
I never wanted to do it because most people advertise their videos like “LOSE LOWER BELLY FAT”. But we (hopefully) all know: you won’t burn only fat in this specific place by training it.

STILL: having strong lower abs is very beneficial. It keeps your core tight, prevents back pain, makes your belly look flatter because you can “hold it in” better and: if you lose that fat, you will also see your Ab Lines!

Please, please, please make sure:
▸ to keep your LOWER BACK FLAT ON THE MAT. This is essential for your health & essential for training your lower abs. If you don’t keep it flat on the mat, you will not train your lower abs. Only move your legs downwards as far as possible (for example during a leg lift). If that means you only have a small range of motion: FINE. You will improve over time.
▸ you can lay your head on the mat, if that’s more comfortable. This makes it ever harder for the lower abs! I tend to lift my head after some minutes, because I otherwise feel my lower back lifting off the mat.
▸ it’s about the mind muscle connection! Think about your abs & lift and lower your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.
