Hot Milk – 240ml appx / 1 cup
Instant Yeast – 2 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1 ½ tbsp
Milk Powder – 10g
Salt – 10 g
Butter – 1 tsp
Milk & Butter to Brush
Sesame Seeds – 1 tsp (optional)
