For Arancini Bean patty – Red Beans / Rajma Sharmili – ½ cup

Overcooked Rice – 1 ½ cup
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp

Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Green chilli – 1 chopped fine
Red chlli flakes – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
Plain Flour / Maida – ½ cup
Corn Starch – ½ cup
Water – to make a batter
Bread Crumbs – 1 cup
Oil – to shallow fry patty
For Harissa Dressing – Water – 2 cups
Whole Red Chillies – 15
Shahi Jeera – ½ tsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Salt – as per taste
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
Coriander fresh – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Mayonnaise – to make a dressing out of paste around – 3/4 cup
To Assemble & Cook
Lachha Paratha, half cooked – 5
Mexican Seasoning – 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander – 2 tbsp
Cheese – ¼ cup (optional)
Butter – ¼ cup to coat/cook
