Urad Dal – 2 Cup
Namak – 2 tsp
Pani – 3-4 tbsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Kali Mirch – 1 tsp
Kadi Patta – few leaves
Nariyal – 2-3 tbsp
Tel – fry karne ke liye

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)

Friends, today let’s make Instant Sambar Wada Combo Recipe, this medu vada does not require any soaking and has the same taste as we are making it from the Urad Dal itself and not suji.. The sambar recipe also gets ready quickly with a fantastic roasted dal taste 🙂

Ingredients
For sambar
Arhar dal – 1/2 cup
Tamarind – 2-3 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Radish – 1/4 cup
Bottle gourd – 1/4 cup
Tomatoes – 2
Salt – as per taste
Haldi powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Sambar masala – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 cups for pressure cooking
Jaggery – 2 tsp
for tadka
oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Dry Red chilli – 2
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp

For wada
Skinless urad dal – 1 cup
Salt
Onion – 1
Green chilli – 1
Curry leaves – 2 sprig
Hing – 1/4 tsp
Baking soda – 1/2 tsp
Oil to fry
