Salt – as per taste
Water – to make a stiff dough
Cabbage – 2 cups grated
Onion – 1/2 cup grated
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger – 2 inches grated
Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tsp
Oil – to deep fry (avoid if using steaming momo)
Sattu / Roasted Besan – 4 tbsp

Black Salt – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
