THIS WORKOUT IS FOR EVERYONE! (I cant believe i need to specify this BUT I DID!)
1. I have a child’s humor and an extremely colorful IMAGINATION.
2. Like I mentioned YOU DON’T need ANYTHING FOR THIS! No planks No PUSHUPS! So ANYONE CAN DO THIS! even if any part of your upper body hurts, you have arthritics or any other health issues this is doable because its very easy on the joints and you’re still working every muscle.
3. PLEASE ENGAGE your muscles otherwise you will not feel ANYTHING.
4. If you’re doing it right you will feel A LOT!
