Urad Dal – 2 Cup
Namak – 2 tsp
Pani – 3-4 tbsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Kali Mirch – 1 tsp
Kadi Patta – few leaves
Nariyal – 2-3 tbsp
Tel – fry karne ke liye

Kitchen Products I use:
Measuring Cup & Spoon Set –
Kitchen Weight Scale –
Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)

Dosa Banane ke Ingredients:

1 1/2 Glass – Chawal
½ glass se kam Safed Urad Dal
Muthi bhar – Chana Dal
1 Tsp – Methi Seeds
Swaad Anusaar – Namak
2 – Tamatar [Sliced]
1 – Onion [Chopped]
100 Gm – Makkhan [Cubed]
2-3 – Hari Mirch [Chopped]
¼ Cup – Hara Dhaniya
For Upma: ¼ Cup – Suji
1 Tbsp – Oil
½ Tsp – Mustard
1 Tsp – Salt
2 1/2 Cups – Water

Karam Podi:
2 tbsp Chana Dal
1½ tbsp Coriander
½ tbsp Jeera
½ tsp Methi
1 ½ tbsp Urad Dal
1 tsp Sarso
3 bade tukde Imli
5-6 Garlic
4-5 Curry leaf
¼ tsp Hing
2 tbsp kashmiri lal mirch
1 tbsp Namak
