Cabbage / Patta Gobi – 2 Cups Grated
Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp
Corn Flour – 3 – 4 tbsp
Maida – 3 – 4 tbsp
Oil – to deep fry + 2 tbsp
Garlic Chopped – 1 tbsp
Green Chilli – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 tbsp
Capsicum – few juliennes (optional)
Red Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Ketchup – 1 tbsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion Greens – handful
Water – 1/2 cup
Corn Flour – 1 tsp
Water – 2 tbsp
Handful of Spring Onion Greens to garnish before serving
