Hi my loves.
I just wanna tell you
1. You are not alone.
2. Please seek out help if you need to. Trust me going to therapy really lightens the burden you’re carrying. Just to remind you, you don’t need to carry it by yourself.
3. I love you.
4. If you feel you are not ready to go for therapy it’s okay but talk to someone. Anyone.
5. If nothing, write how you feel.
6. For me talking about my problems really helped even more than therapy. But loves, I still know social media isn’t my therapy.
7. Please do not self diagnose yourself through social media. Pease every one will feel shitty about themselves. Talk to a professional who can help you and make you feel better.
8. There is no shame in taking medication if you need. You take for jaundice or even when you get Fever. So it’s okay to be on medication. I was too.
9. It’s okay it’s okay it’s so okay to ask for help loves. I know it’s difficult but YOU GOTTA ASK because you gotta do all the work to WANT to get better. And there’s a lot of work and you’ll be exhausted but love YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS! 💙
