This 20 minute Ashtanga inspired intermediate yoga class will start your day perfectly and challenge your practice to help advance to a new level.

While remaining with your conscious breath & awareness through each movement, this morning yoga class will start out with an Ashtanga Surya Namaskar B sun salutation to get the body moving. Then the practice will move through many variations of yogic squats, forward folds, inversions, and more to stimulate and wake-up your body. This intermediate yoga flow will involve many binds to boost your digestive system, increase your metabolism, and get you ready to start your day.

Remember to be patient with your body and never force any posture. This is an intermediate yoga class that is for anyone that wants to advance their yoga asanas and challenge their body in a different way. Remember to use your Ujayi breathing to keep the mind and body steady and focused. Releasing all the toxins and negativity with each breath.

This 20 minute yoga class for strength and inner power is an incredible way to energize your body, wake up your mind, and increase your flexibility. It is a perfect yoga class for mornings, but also this yoga flow is wonderful for inner alignment, an energy refresh, or to recharge and lift yourself at any point.

While remaining with your conscious breath & awareness through each movement, this yoga class will have you moving through different planks, chaturangas, warrior asanas, and overall body movement. This yoga flow for strength and energy will allow you to build incredible strength in your lower body and shoulders. As you flow through each movement, remember to stay connected to your breath. Anytime the yoga poses become challenging, taking that extra breath of oxygen to re-generate your cells, and muscular stamina will be crucial.
Remember to be patient with your body and never force any posture. This yoga class is geared for more intermediate level yogis so if you are new to yoga, take as many modifications as you need. Do your best and never force anything. Simply surrender to the idea that you are exactly where you are supposed to be, and that with time, patience, dedication, and hard work your body will naturally respond and increase in flexibility, strength, stamina, and endurance.

I just wanna tell you
1. You are not alone.
2. Please seek out help if you need to. Trust me going to therapy really lightens the burden you’re carrying. Just to remind you, you don’t need to carry it by yourself.
3. I love you.
4. If you feel you are not ready to go for therapy it’s okay but talk to someone. Anyone.
5. If nothing, write how you feel.
6. For me talking about my problems really helped even more than therapy. But loves, I still know social media isn’t my therapy.
7. Please do not self diagnose yourself through social media. Pease every one will feel shitty about themselves. Talk to a professional who can help you and make you feel better.
8. There is no shame in taking medication if you need. You take for jaundice or even when you get Fever. So it’s okay to be on medication. I was too.
9. It’s okay it’s okay it’s so okay to ask for help loves. I know it’s difficult but YOU GOTTA ASK because you gotta do all the work to WANT to get better. And there’s a lot of work and you’ll be exhausted but love YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS! πŸ’™
