Mobility is Key for many Exercises, so make sure to work on your full range of motion next to strength and hiit training!

Als krönenden Abschluss erwartet euch am Ende der Sequenz eine feine Übung für die Körpermitte! Das gibt nicht nur stahlharte Bauchmukkis, sondern unterstützt euer Selbstbewusstsein und lässt euch gestärkt aus der Einheit gehen.
