How to prepare the easiest mango pudding
The process of making this creamy pudding is pretty simple – you just need to add the ingredients one by one and the result is this creamy mango pudding. As we have not added gelatin or agar agar, you won’t get a very stiff pudding. The consistency would be slightly jiggly. We can say that it would be like a thick custard.

Pulp of 2 Ripe Mangoes
300 ml + 1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup Sugar
2 pinches salt
1/4 cup Corn flour
Juice of half a lime
( 1 cup = 240 ml )
